Key Facts of Entrepreneur Pass (EntrePass)
An Entrepreneur Pass (EntrePass) is issued to foreign entrepreneurs who intend to start a business that is venture-backed or possesses innovative technologies in Singapore.
The EntrePass is initially valid for 1 year and can be renewed after 1 year. The first renewal is valid for 1 year and thereafter all subsequent renewals are valid for 2 years.
Entrepreneur Pass eligibility

Persons of any nationality or citizenship can apply for an Entrepreneur Pass.

Candidates must have already registered or intend to register a private limited company in Singapore with ACRA that is venture-backed or owns innovative technologies. If already registered, the company can be no more than 6 months old on the date of application. If not registered, candidates can register after knowing the outcome of the application.

Furthermore, candidates must meet at least 1 of 7 qualifying criteria as an entrepreneur, innovator or investor listed below.
Entrepreneur

The company has raised at least S$100,000 from a Singapore government accredited investment vehicle, venture capitalist (VC) or business angel.

The company is a participant at a government-recognised incubator or accelerator.

The candidate have an exceptional business network and a successful entrepreneurial track record of starting highly-scalable businesses that can contribute to the growth of the proposed business in Singapore.
Innovator

The company holds intellectual property (IP) that cannot be easily replicated.

The company has a research collaboration with a Singapore polytechnic or university, or a research institution under the Agency for Science, Technology and Research (A*STAR).

The company must show outstanding achievements and exceptional expertise in its industry.
Investor

The candidate must have a successful track record of investing in businesses and want to scale up new or existing businesses in Singapore.
As of February 1, 2022, candidates must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.

Personal particulars page of candidate's passport

Company's latest business profile or instant information registered with the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA)

Candidate's past employment testimonials or resume

A business plan, no more than 10 pages, consisting of product and services offered, market analysis, operation plan, profile of management team, supporting documents like licensing agreements, product certificates and endorsement patents

Additional documents based on application as an entrepreneur, innovator or investor

Any additional documents that MOM may request
Note that all documents must be in English or translated into English.
